Thank you for choosing M/S SHREENATH INDUSTRY (Brand Name: ShreenathPro). This Refund & Cancellation Policy details the criteria for standard components, custom assemblies, and cancellation timelines.

1. Custom Machine Orders

Since custom industrial machinery (e.g., custom hydraulic presses, special purpose machines, or structural steel fabrications) is manufactured to specific client drawing dimensions, tolerances, and design needs:

No Refunds: Once fabrication commences, deposits or advance payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation: If a customer decides to cancel an active build, the advance payment will be forfeited to offset raw material cost, engineering design hours, and shop floor booking fees.

2. Standard Spare Parts & Spares

For off-the-shelf components, standard rollers, electric motors, sensors, and structural accessories:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the part is in unused condition, with original packaging, and shows no physical installation marks.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee is applicable on all returned spare parts. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

3. Defective Parts Replacement

If any machinery part fails within its designated warranty timeline (usually 12 months for mechanical frames, excluding wear-and-tear parts like rubber belts or gaskets):

We will repair or dispatch a replacement part free of cost.
Replacement does not cover electric items damaged due to site voltage fluctuations or operating beyond recommended capacity.

4. Order Modifications

Clients can request adjustments to standard conveyor length, motor horsepower, or hopper capacity prior to material cutting, subject to a revised quotation. Once fabrication has commenced, modifications are subject to a change order fee.

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

For approved spare parts returns, refunds are processed via bank transfer within 10 business days of the item being received and verified at our plant in Jaipur.
