Welcome to shreenathpro.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your interaction with M/S SHREENATH INDUSTRY (Brand Name: ShreenathPro) and define our mutual commitments during orders, design confirmations, and deliveries.

1. Ordering & Custom Blueprints

For custom engineering projects and heavy machinery fabrication, fabrication begins only after:

• Approval of CAD models or engineering drawings by the client.
• Receipt of advance payments specified in our official proforma invoice.

Any modifications requested after blueprint sign-off may attract additional labor and material charges.

2. Pricing, Taxation, and GST

All quotes issued are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted ex-factory Jaipur, exclusive of freight, loading, insurance, and packaging unless explicitly detailed in our quotation package.

All orders are subject to tax invoices as per rules of the Government of India. GSTIN 08AMPPY4907P2ZV will be charged on all taxable items.

3. Delivery & Transit Risks

While we coordinate freight services for dispatch, M/S SHREENATH INDUSTRY is not responsible for transit delays, damage, or accidents once the shipment leaves our plant gate in Malikpur, Jaipur. We recommend transit insurance cover for all machinery items.

4. Limitation of Liability

M/S SHREENATH INDUSTRY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as plant production loss, labor idle time, or commercial losses) resulting from a delay in machinery commissioning or components breakdown.

5. Intellectual Property

All layout drawings, automation algorithms, structural schematics, and design solutions shared by ShreenathPro remain the exclusive intellectual property of M/S SHREENATH INDUSTRY. Copying or sharing these with third-party competitors without written consent from Sultan Yadav is strictly prohibited.

6. Dispute Jurisdiction

Any legal action, claims, or dispute resolutions arising out of our transactions will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
